Determining shipping costs involves considering the weight of your order, which is determined by either the actual weight or the volumetric weight—whichever is greater—along with its destination. Easily estimate the total cost of your order through our intuitive cart page.

While our shipping cost estimates are typically accurate for most orders, certain factors such as TV insurance, multiple items, and your location (especially farms and outlying areas) may result in additional charges. During order processing, the final cost may be adjusted accordingly, and these changes will be reflected on your invoice and waybill.

Please note, that we reserve the right to adjust shipping costs to account for automated calculation discrepancies and ensure fairness.

Order Collection

We offer an Order Collection service for those who prefer to pick up their orders, and there are no fees associated with this option. Additionally, you have the flexibility to arrange your own courier for collection if you prefer.

Upon confirmation of your order, we’ll furnish you with the collection address during the processing stage, ensuring a seamless and convenient collection experience. It’s important to note that the collection service operates during regular business hours. Rest assured, the skilled staff at the fulfilment centre will be on hand to help you inspect the condition of your items before you depart.

Calculating Shipping Costs

To calculate your estimated shipping costs, simply add the desired products to your cart and access the cart page by clicking the cart icon located in the top right corner of the menu bar or in the left sidebar. Here, you can easily adjust item quantities or remove items. Initially, a shipping cost will be displayed as “No Address.” You’ll be prompted to enter your address; once done, click “update,” and the final shipping cost will be displayed.

Once you’re content with the total cost, you have the option to proceed to checkout or make adjustments by removing items from your cart. It’s essential to bear in mind that your account/order will only be charged and considered received once you’ve finalized the checkout process via the PayFast Payment Portal or completed EFT payments, and the funds reflected in our banking account.

Surcharges and Insurance

The following costs and surcharges must be selected if applicable: Add Optional Insurance, Early Bird, Saturday Delivery, Holiday Delivery, Chain Store/Embassy, High-Risk Area, Remote Hospital/Power Station/Mine/Plot or Farm. If these surcharges are applicable to your order but are not selected during the checkout process, the order will not be placed until the outstanding surcharges are paid. It is essential to ensure all relevant surcharges are chosen to avoid any delays in processing and shipping your order.

Insurance for televisions is added automatically and is not optional. This ensures that all TV shipments are fully protected during transit. For all other deliveries, insurance is optional and can be selected at the time of checkout. Customers have the flexibility to choose whether or not to insure their shipments based on their specific needs and preferences.

Please note that the insurance coverage has an upper limit of R 30,000. Any amounts exceeding this limit will not be covered. It is important to consider this limitation when opting for insurance to ensure adequate protection for your valuable shipments.

Payment Process Timings

Please note that payment processing occurs before the delivery process begins. EFT payments start as soon as the payment reflects in our bank account, and PayFast processing begins almost immediately. Orders exceeding R30,000.00 may take longer for clearance and processing due to security reasons.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are measured from the completion of your order processing.

  • 2 – 4 Business Days: For deliveries within Gauteng.
  • 3 – 5 Business Days: For deliveries to Main Centers.
  • 3 – 7 Business Days: For deliveries to Regional Areas.

Additional Notes:

  • We utilize various courier services, and charges may differ based on the service utilized and the nature of the delivered product.
  • Certain selected towns may incur surcharges or necessitate special arrangements for delivery. Moreover, specific towns are serviced only on particular days.
  • All shipping is booked without declared liability (insurance) unless otherwise specified on the site or selected by the user, such as in the case of televisions.
  • Truck Surcharges: For oversized or large quantity orders, additional fees may be applicable.
